Dish Network Customers

We apologize for your trouble. We know it is an inconvenience for you to be caught in the middle of our negotiations with DISH, and we understand your priority is to keep your programs from KPRC and Nbc.

That is why we're here to help you get us back on your provider.

Why is this happening?

The station and its parent company have been negotiating in good faith, but DISH Network is not willing to pay a fair and reasonable amount for retransmission of our programming. DISH Network makes money off of our programming because they charge you for it, so basically if DISH removes the station from its satellite system, you will not be getting what you pay for. They are a business that is looking at this deal on a spreadsheet, while we are an active part of this community. We provide you a service right here in Houston with important news and weather information and the entertainment programs you enjoy, and that’s why we need your help.

what can i do?

  • CALL DISH Network

(855) 765-1583  – Talk to a live operator and share your concerns about losing your favorite station. It is helpful if you have your account number ready, as they will ask for it. Ask for the Customer Retention department.

  • You can purchase an Over-The-Air antenna

at your local Walmart, Best Buy or other electronics stores. They cost less than $20, which is a one-time-only expense, and watch our station for free. After antenna set up, you will need to follow the TV manufacturer’s instructions to re-scan your channels.

  • LIVESTREAM

You can watch KPRC live on Click2Houston.com and the KPRC NEWS MOBILE APP as well as streaming devices such as Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple TV and Android TV. Just look for the "KPRC Click2Houston" app in your app store.
